Hideko Hadzialic said that Women's participation in peacebuilding and recovery
 is more sastainable today.
More women participate, more successful rate become higher.
Women take responcibility for decision making  not just top level but also 
communitylevel.
She also talk about Yoko Kamikawa.
Women should share with men. And each countries need different system 
approach.
