My report about last night open lecture in UNU. 

I was impressed the words that preparation and protecion for AI makes safety of AI. 
How to make it is that we need global centerlize of AI information, and then, monitoring and regulating them.
AI's global governance to prevent and mitigate the inherent risks of AI ensures its peaceful uses for the benefit of humanity. Under the lack of those balance will introduce the nuclear risks and military target with AI-technololy. 

The speaker is Jimena Alvalez who is not a scientist but a lawyer, but she talked very professionally and with a global view point.
